This Week at Huntsman: Email and Calendar

This Week at Huntsman emails are sent out every Monday during the Fall and Spring semesters, and are a great way to reach faculty, staff, and students that attend the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. The emails are able to reach 2,500+ individuals every week and have an average opening rate of 51.75%, as of Fall 2018.

To have events be shown on the This Week at Huntsman email, all events need to be submitted onto the Huntsman Calendar, the Thursday before that coming Monday's issue release.

Calendar Events

Submission Steps:

  • Go to the Huntsman Calendar
  • Click on the blue, "SUBMIT AN EVENT" button.
  • On the form, fill out all required fields
    • 15 required fields
      • Description field
      • Explain the purpose of the event
      • Value of participating in the event
      • Include additional information (the more descriptive, the better)
  • When the form is completely filled out, click on the blue, "Submit" button.
  • The event will then go through the approval process and be added to the TW@H email.
