James Feigenbaum, Assistant Professor of Economics, University of Pittsburgh and Utah State University. Jim holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Chicago and a separate Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Iowa. His research interests are in macroeconomics with special focus on understanding the observed hump in life-cycle profiles of household consumption. Jim’s research has appeared in peer-reviewed outlets such as the Journal of Monetary Economics, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Journal of Macroeconomics, Quantitative Finance, Physical Review, and the Journal of Mathematical Physics.
