This month we celebrate the 10-year naming anniversary of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. As we reflect on the past ten years, the entire Huntsman School community of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends can be proud of the incredible steps we have taken to better the quality of programs, people, and places. The common thread running through every significant decision we make in terms of recruiting faculty, creating new programs, or building new facilities is focus on our students.
That focus requires that we place our students at the center of all we do. One of the ways we do that is by providing them with the support, including financial support, so they are prepared to add immediate value in the organizations and communities where they choose to serve. Scholarship funding affords students valuable time to focus on their studies and to participate in extracurricular activities that, combined with success in the classroom, prepare students for a successful launch in their chosen career path.
Hadley Sargent is an incredible Huntsman School scholarship recipient. She has excelled in student competitions at the national level, served in student leadership positions within the Huntsman School, and is now ready to launch her career. Your support means that more students like Hadley can achieve similar success.
As the year comes to a close, please consider the role Utah State played in your life and invest in the success of our students.

Operations Analyst, Goldman Sachs in NYC
These last four years, I have immersed myself in school activities in the Huntsman School and at the university level. Because of the scholarships I received, I could participate in outside the classroom experiences and not make work my priority. These experiences and the mentorship I received from faculty at the Huntsman School have allowed me to reach for the stars and be successful in doing so. I have officially accepted a full-time job with Goldman Sachs as an Operations Analyst in the corporate office in New York City. I can tell you that a successful college experience takes a village, and I will forever be grateful that my village was those who work in and support the Huntsman School of Business.
