Mr. Jason R. Nelson – B.S., Accounting, 2005

The Estate Planning Council of Northern Utah (EPCONU) is an association of professionals involved in the estate planning process and personally active in estate planning. The Council includes attorneys, accountants, financial planners, life insurance agents, investment advisors, trust officers, and charitable giving advisors. The Council provides an education opportunity to learn from complementary professions. The Council President this year is Jason Nelson. Jason brings with him over 13 years of financial consulting experience. Prior to joining Keystone, he built his career working at Zion’s Bank where he honed his ability to give non-bias financial advice to the everyday banking client. He has created and operated multiple small businesses and has a love for the entrepreneurial at heart. Jason has experience with multiple real estate endeavors and dedicates some of his time as a landlord. Jason and his family live in Nibley which has been home for the last 6 years during which time he attended Utah State University in pursuit of his Business Finance degree. He loves Cache Valley and all the outdoor activities it offers. When he’s not working or chasing his four kids, he loves to golf, camp, snowboard and jump on anything with an engine that can take him to the great outdoors.
