The Stephen R. Covey Leadership Center provides students with the opportunity to participate in several different leadership development experiences. These experiences are designed to help you become a better leader. You can earn the Covey Leadership Award by completing several of these experiences. Learn how to earn the award.
Club members provide support to the Covey Center and receive additional opportunities to develop their leadership skills.
Study and reflect individually and in groups on Stephen R. Covey’s greatest work, “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
Work with a coach to become more self-aware, develop your talents, and find ways to live a more meaningful life.
You will be immersed in a simulated business crisis where your ability to strategize and think on your feet will be tested.
Study how history’s greatest leaders navigated challenges through classroom instruction and cultural immersion.
MSLE 3800: Become a more effective leader by allowing leadership to emerge as your natural self-expression.
Teach elementary students principles of leadership at our annual competition event.
Complete with teams from around the world in an international leadership case competition.
