Each part of the experience focuses on a different aspect of leadership to help you become a more well-rounded leader.
Award Requirements
To receive the Stephen R. Covey Leadership Award, students must complete the following three experiences:
The 7 Habits Journey is a 1-credit personal development class for students designed to help you achieve your potential.
Strengths-based coaching leads individuals to become more self-aware, uncover strengths, and find ways to live a more meaningful life.
The Leadership Challenge pushes students to identify a need, recruit a team, and execute a plan to achieve extraordinary results.
and participate in one of the following experiences:
Global Experiences facilitate the development of a global mindset and prepare students for entry into worldwide business environments.
The Executive Challenge is a unique, fa-solidt-paced simulation where teams face off in an immersive leadership experience.
