Recruiting Guide

The Huntsman School provides a number of opportunities for our corporate partners to recruit and interact with students. Complete an employer interaction request or contact our external relations team to schedule any of the following recruiting activities.

Post a Job or Internship

Aggie Handshake (formerly Career Aggie) is the Utah State University online career management system and is your connection to Huntsman students and alumni. List full-time, part-time, internships, on-campus, and/or summer positions. Post opportunity here.

Reserve space in one of our high-traffic common areas to speak to students, recruit for open positions and build brand awareness for your company. Information table reservations are limited to two days per semester for any one company.

Drive student interest and increase your brand visibility by scheduling an information session that conveys your company’s unique value proposition and hiring needs.

On-campus interviews give employers and students opportunities to connect through on-site interviews in the FJ Management Center. Interviews are scheduled Monday-Friday during normal business hours (8:00am-5:00pm). Please request an interview schedule through your AGGIE Handshake account.

Industry professionals are one of our most important resources when it comes to educating our students and preparing them to enter the workforce. We are always looking for professionals willing to speak to students about current topics within their industry, share their professional experience and prepare Huntsman students by participating in resume reviews, mock interviews and career development workshops.

Each year the Huntsman School of Business organizes a number of career exploration trips to help students explore different industries and companies and connect students and potential employers. If you would like to host students at your company, please engage with the Huntsman School.

Register for one of our Huntsman School Employer Events to get direct access to recruit students within a specific discipline. We encourage you to review our Corporate Sponsorship opportunities as these events are offered free of charge to sponsoring partners.
