MHR & MBA

This dual degree program is designed for students seeking a foundation in general management as well as detailed knowledge and skills associated with the human resource function. The MBA program includes course work in accounting, enterprise growth and development, finance, information systems, marketing, management, and operations. The MHR program provides students with in-depth training in the management of people in organizations. MHR coursework includes talent acquisition and retention, labor/employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and organizational development.
