   <bio>Russ Winn is a lecturer in the Data Analytics and Information Systems Departmentat Utah State University’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. Drawing on abackground in literature, writing, and rhetoric, he teaches professionalcommunication and courses examining the opportunities and challenges created byartificial intelligence. His teaching focuses on helping students communicate clearly, think critically,and use emerging technologies without surrendering their own judgment. He isespecially interested in AI literacy, rhetorical awareness, experientiallearning, and the ways technology shapes how people work. Russ created and piloted USU's Writing and AI course and helped develop theaccompanying AI Writing certification. He was also a co-creator of Aggie AI, anin-Canvas app designed to help give feedback to writing students inpedagogically sound ways. Outside the classroom, he enjoys reading, playingguitar, curling, gardening, and finding academically defensible reasons to playtabletop role-playing games.</bio>
