   <bio>Matthew Walsman is a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Management Department at the Huntsman School of Business. He earned his PhD from Cornell University. He also has an MBA from Brigham Young University. Prior to joining Huntsman, he worked for nine years at Rutgers Business School. He has also worked four years as a consultant in the NYC area.Professor Walsman’s research interests include behavioral and empirical research in the context of professional services, service operations, and sustainable operations. He grew up the Washington DC Metro area and enjoys playing sports and being outside. One day he would like to hike all 2,168.1 miles of the Appalachian Trail and visit all 63 US National Parks. </bio>
