Biography

Jerilyn Wagner is a career and leadership development professional, with over 20 years of experience. She is energized by, and passionate about, working with individuals and teams to build and nourish "learning environments", positive career development, and growth mindsets. Career experiences include a variety of human performance effectiveness positions which included management of High-Potential programs and Halliburton's HR Leadership Development program. She has worked across diverse industries: Technology (AT&T, Alcatel-Lucent), Financial Services (MetLife, Allstate), and Energy (Halliburton), as well as early career experiences in Student Affairs at Northern Illinois University. She earned dual Master's degrees in both Counseling and Instructional Design from Northern Illinois University and a Graduate Certificate in Organization Effectiveness and Consulting from Benedictine University. She is a Certified Career Counselor (CCC) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is also the owner and Principal Consultant of Engaged Pathways which provides career counseling and employee engagement consulting.
