Conducted Hay Evaluations on over 1,000 jobs across the entire nonprofit and for-profit organizations, reporting/justifying/correlating results to a senior-level job-evaluation committee for 14 years.
Responsible for coordinating, correlating and balancing internal and market-equity efforts, globally.
Led a global grading effort that resulted in one set of job codes, job descriptions and job grades across 100+ countries.
Led an effort to provide a minimum of an off-shore defined contribution program, enabling all employees to create a retirement savings program, even in countries where it is not common.
Led the transition from a global compensation system/merit increase system driven by local HR systems and spreadsheets to a unified, global system utilizing the HRIS.
Led an effort to create an employee engagement process for 1,000+ employees, globally. Includes communication, recognition, engagement, training, and employee satisfaction. Led the FH5 organization for 6 years, resulting in FamilySearch being named a Great Workplace Award Recipient by Gallup in 2019.
