Becca Seamons

Biography

Becca has been in Human Resources since 2011 in a variety of business environments including manufacturing, logistics, healthcare sales, government, and higher education. She joined the Utah State University Office of Human Resources in Logan, UT in 2017 as a Human Resources Rep and has been serving as the Employee Relations Specialist since 2018. Prior to joining USU, Becca worked for Walmart Logistics as an HR Office and Training Manager and for the Idaho Industrial Commission as a Consultant. Her experience includes recruiting, hiring, H-1B Visa processing, onboarding, training and development, change management, compensation and benefits, performance management, worker's compensation, and employment law compliance.
