ValaRee Reese

Biography

Originally from the west coast, ValaRee moved to Cache Valley in 2003. She is a USU alum, with a bachelor’s in Communicative Disorders and a master’s in School Counseling. Her first bachelor’s degree in Sociology is from the other blue school, further south. She has 25+ years working in diverse backgrounds from autobody shops to Silicon Valley startups. She has a passion for learning and is eager to put that passion to work as a Career Specialist in the FJ Management Center for Student Success Center.

She enjoys spending time with family and doing things with her hands from working on special interest automobiles to sewing. A little-known fact about her is that she was OSHA-certified as a forklift operator while at USU.
