   <bio>Christianna Miles serves as Assistant Director of the Analytics Solutions Center (ASC) in the Data Analytics and Information Systems Department within the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. In this role, she supports the growth and success of ASC programs, partnerships, and student experiences by connecting people, processes, and data to create meaningful outcomes for students and industry collaborators.With a master's degree in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences and a professional background spanning higher education, customer success, and SaaS organizations, Christianna brings expertise in change management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and data-informed decision-making. She is passionate about helping individuals and organizations navigate change, adopt new technologies, and build systems that support long-term success.Known for building strong relationships and creating scalable solutions, Christianna works at the intersection of people, operations, and technology. Her ability to bridge technical and human-centered perspectives helps organizations improve processes, strengthen collaboration, and achieve meaningful results.At the ASC, she collaborates with students, faculty, industry partners, and university stakeholders to enhance experiential learning opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and expand the center's impact.
