Biography

Dr. Alicia Ingersoll is a Professional Practice Assistant Professor in the Management Department in the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. Prior to pursuing her Ph.D., Alicia spent many years working in supply chain management within the outdoor industry. She has most recently assisted organizations with supply chain strategy, global logistics and enterprise resource planning through her consulting practice. Alicia has consulted with numerous outdoor companies including Black Diamond, Simms, Cotopaxi, and Shred.

Alicia’s research examines the connections between corporations and society with a specific focus on gender, leadership, and sustainability. Most recently, her work has been published in the Financial Times listed journals Human Relations and Journal of Business Ethics.
