Biography
President and CEO of a consulting firm working with specialty medical groups around the country in the areas of strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, physician compensation, and process improvement. Consulted for and coached physicians, business leaders, and other consultants in 14 different countries. Prior to consulting, worked 10 years as a leader in medical practice operations including private medical groups and large hospital owned groups.
