   <bio>Niel has had three distinct careers. Most recently as a turnaround / transformational technology leader (CIO/CTO) for nine different organizations. Prior to that as a lean manufacturing / supply chain optimization leader. Prior to that as an office in the US Navy doing AI research.Niel has written two books on technology leadership and transformation and hundreds of articles on similar topics. He is a recognized thought leader in the role of technology and technology leadership.</bio>
