Student Activities
Join us for a day in Salt Lake City exploring GE Healthcare and Bullfrog and seeing operational excellence in action! This site visit is a great opportunity to step outside the classroom and see how real organizations approach supply chain, operations, continuous improvement, and problem-solving. You’ll tour both companies, learn directly from industry professionals, and see how concepts from the Shingo Model show up in real-world processes. Come ready to ask questions, make connections, and gain hands-on insight into careers in supply chain and operations. Plus, this site visit counts as an experience toward your Shingo Credential! ASC 5-Slide Friday
Panel Discussion/Presentation
Join us every other week for Five-Slide Fridays! These events are casual lunchtime meetups (bring your own lunch!) where faculty and students share short talks about their research, projects, career paths, or favorite data tools. While some people use more than five slides, we promise to keep it informal and fun! Register to attend.
Resume Group Appointment
Workshop/Training | Focused Friday
Get focused, expert feedback on your resume in a collaborative small-group setting. Work alongside fellow Huntsman students to strengthen your accomplishment statements, add meaningful metrics, tailor your resume to a specific job, and polish your overall presentation. All in one 60-minute session guided by a career specialist.
Space is limited to 5 students per session.

Camp Huntsman Hoedown
Student Activities
Join us for the Camp Huntsman Hoedown, Friday, October 23, in the TSC Ballroom, from 7:00-10:00pm. This fun Western-themed social event will feature great music with a live DJ, a photo booth, decorations, yard games, lots of tasty refreshments, and opportunities for students to connect. We hope to see you there!
