Biography

Jon Steven Young is a former professional American football quarterback who played 15 seasons in the NFL. Young was named the NFL Most Valuable Player in 1992 and 1994, and was the MVP of Super Bowl XXIX. He is a member of the College Football Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Steve currently is the President of HGGC. HGGC is a leading private equity firm with over $4.3 billion in cumulative capital commitments and oversees portfolio companies that employ more than 65,000 employees globally. Steve serves as Chairman of the Board of five HGGC portfolio companies: IDERA, Integrity, DealerFX, AutoAlert and Innovative.
