Biography

Travis Marc Wilson is a partner at Ballard Spahr, LLP, an AmLaw 100 law firm with more than 650 lawyers and 15 offices across the country. He represents entrepreneurs, startup and emerging growth entities, middle-market public and private companies, venture capital and private equity investors, and corporate boards of directors in a broad range of sophisticated business matters. He often serves in the role of outside general counsel, advising on legal issues ranging from day to day corporate and regulatory matters to complex governance, finance, and other initiatives.

He is also a regular speaker regarding startups, venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

In his spare time, Travis is an active member of a private equity firm based in Bellevue, Washington. He lives in Alpine, Utah with his wife, Danielle, and their two children.
