Biography

In the Operations Manager role at IRC, CJ supports the Phoenix, Tucson, and satellite offices to strengthen core operational areas including safety and security, supply chain systems, facilities, fleet management, IT/communications, and the interpretation program.
Prior to joining IRC, CJ worked at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Analyst. At Goldman, CJ collaborated with multiple business units and technology teams to improve risk assessment mechanisms and reporting tools for the firm. He also provided business intelligence, developed automated workflows and conducted daily reviews of activity by the firm. Before his time at Goldman, CJ worked as a Senior Accountant for Koch Supply and Trading where he worked on the planning and execution of international commodities trade operations, particularly with Mexico.
