Biography

Jamaica recently opened the first wall to wall refill concept, bulk goods store in Utah. It is similar to the zero waste stores popping up all over the country - which have been in Europe, Canada, Australia and elsewhere for some time.

Jamaica has over 15 years of experience in the natural grocery industry. Working first with Wild Oats, which became Whole Foods, then working with Sprouts and later as a grocery broker, selling up and coming brands (such as Harmless Harvest and Health Aid Kombucha) into stores all over the state of Utah.

Jamaica hopes to grow her business in the years to come by bringing consumers the option to refill (thereby avoiding the unnecessary purchase of packaging) to many communities through a number of brick and mortar stores as well as a mobile unit.
