Biography

Bryan is a co-founder and General Partner of OZ Impact Funds. Bryan has 12+ years of experience in real estate development and acquisitions. As part of Colmena Group Bryan has been responsible for developing various office, multifamily, warehouse, and an Industrial Portfolio of approximately 2.5mm sqft and 1500 acres of land inventory accomplished through a combination of acquisitions and development. He previously spent time as an associate at PE firm Pronaia Capital, and as a development analyst at Woodbury Corporation.

Bryan is also an adjunct professor in the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah where he teaches a real estate capital markets class.
