A.J. is a seasoned Sales, Marketing, PR, and HR professional. While attending college, A.J. sold door-to-door pest control. Promoted quickly to VP within the company he recruited, managed, and trained teams across the U.S. (he knows every airport in the nation) and helped lead the company to several record-breaking $35M+ summers.

 

He graduated from USU with bachelor’s and master’s degrees. His skills include recruiting and managing marketing/sales teams to 5X revenues in new markets. He has done this in the infomercial, online grocery, and food storage industries. After a brief stint in higher education at Dixie State University, A.J. was recruited to the oil and gas industry as employee #2 of a young startup. A.J. helped grow the company valuation from $2M to $25M in 3 years, employing more than 150 employees and securing a $500M global account.

 

A.J. 's father taught him the value of entrepreneurship and alongside RevRoad currently owns 3 other small businesses and a portfolio of real estate. As someone who loves the sunshine, you will most likely find him outside. Besides hanging out with his 4 kids, wife, and dog, he runs marathons, bikes, skis, plays guitar, and drives a limousine which tops the list of his favorite things to do.
