Biography
Upon graduation in 1997, Matt joined Hewitt Associates, a global HR Outsourcing and Consulting firm, as a Customer Service Manager.
Over the next 15 years, he progressed through multiple roles, specializing in Operations Management and Employee Benefits Delivery and Administration.
In June 2011, Matt accepted an international assignment working in Shenzhen, Peoples Republic of China, where he consulted with a global telecommunications client on the implementation of global HR Shared Service Center, with locations in EMEA, APAC, the Americas, and PRC.
In late 2012, he returned to the U.S. and is now working as a senior HR Effectiveness consultant in the Performance, Talent, and Reward sub-practice with Aon Hewitt Consulting.
