Steven Peel is passionate about two things; helping individuals live up to their full potential and teaching individuals how to design and manage efficient processes. He has 23 years’ experience helping organizations and individuals maximize capabilities in manufacturing, retail, IT, finance, and customer service operations. This experience includes 15 years in non-profit operations and 8 years in food manufacturing. He also served for 14 years in the US Navy. He received an MBA from Utah State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics from Weber State University. He is a Master Black Belt in Lean/Six Sigma, certified Jonah Theory of Constraints and trained in Process Reengineering by Michael Hammer. He additionally has many other certifications applicable to the manufacturing industry.
