Biography

Jeff Nielson is the President and CEO of  Wasatch Residential Group.  As the CEO, Jeff oversees all acquisition, development, and financing-related activities from start to finish.  Jeff has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of over  7,500 low-income housing apartment and market rate units. Jeff has negotiated and closed over $200,000,000 in tax-exempt bond financing and over $100,000,000 of low-income housing tax credits.  Jeff has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Utah State University and graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors.
