Biography

Steve has more than 10 years of experience as a tax professional working with privately-held entities. Steve’s advisory and compliance experience come from working closely with the leaders of family enterprises. 

Steve is a licensed CPA in California and Utah and is a (Series 65) Registered Investment Advisor.

Steve supports Make-A-Wish Utah as a finance committee member, Playworks Utah as an advisory board member, and 5 for the Fight as a speaker for High School Fundraising Events.

Steve’s work with family offices and owner groups includes supporting them with the disparate structuring and tax issues related to their holdings across multiple industries, including:

• Retail Food/Beverage –Primarily brick & mortar with some online retail.
• Wholesale & DTC Food manufacturing and distribution (US/CAN).
• Specialized Joint-Ventures created to compete for Government (Defense) Contracts.
• Commercial and Multi-Unit Residential Real Estate Development.
• International Tech Start-Up with founder and core team in the US and major business units and contractors across the globe.
