Biography

Grace McGuire graduated Summa Cum Laude from Utah State University with her M.B.A. in 2019. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from with a degree in business administration from Utah State University in 2018. While pursuing her undergraduate degree in business administration and her M.B.A, she competed in Division I collegiate athletics as the goalkeeper on the women's soccer team at Utah State.

While at Utah State, Grace was heavily involved in student-athlete leadership. She served as the Mountain West Conference's Student-Athlete Representative on the NCAA Division I Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, as well as the sole Division I representative on the NCAA Committee on Women's Athletics.

In addition to her NCAA involvement, she was also extremely invested in Utah State University student leadership. At Utah State, she served on the President's Policy and Process Working Group for Sexual Misconduct; the Vice President of Student Services' Student Advisory Council, and the Utah State University Athletics Council. She also served as Utah State University's Student-Athlete Representative to the Mountain West Conference, President of Utah State University's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and a student-athlete mentor.

Due to her involvement and strong academic accolades, she has received numerous honors and awards, such as the NCAA Woman of the Year award from both Utah State University and the Mountain West Conference, Mountain West All-Academic teams, Utah State University's Dean's List, and more.

Although she is a graduate, she is still very involved in Utah State University athletics, as she works to develop a curriculum that helps student-athletes succeed throughout their collegiate careers and after they graduate as they pursue working careers.

She now holds a position as a Business Development & Strategy ManagerĀ at Electric Power Systems, an aerospace company in Logan, Utah. She plans to continue her university and community involvement and hopes to pursue a career in politics.
