Biography

Eric McAllister is a senior executive with over 30 years of business experience in corporate HR leadership and consulting roles focused on the software, high tech, and life sciences industries.

Eric currently services as Board Advisor to several innovative companies that are expanding their global business capabilities. Most recently, Eric served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Avantor (Fortune 500 - NYSE: AVTR) where he was responsible for the company’s global Human Resources and Communications functions.

Prior to joining Avantor, Eric served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Westinghouse Electric Company, where he led the global HR and security organizations. In his career prior to Westinghouse, he has held various global HR leadership positions, including Global Vice President of Human Resources for Danaher Corporation’s Communications Platform, Chief HR Officer at Omniture, and Senior Human Resources Director at Microsoft Corporation. Eric has also held senior HR positions with Motorola Inc. in Japan and the U.S., and he served in senior HR consulting roles with Watson Wyatt and Accenture.

Eric is an experienced coach and advisor to CEO’s, C-Suite Executives, and aspiring next-generation talent. He has a passion for leveraging organization and talent capability to drive business and culture transformation. He lived in Japan for six years and has traveled to over 55 countries globally in conjunction with his various leadership responsibilities.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Anthropology and Japanese from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
