Biography

Kacie Malouf is the co-founder of Malouf Companies™ and board chair of the Malouf Foundation™. She and her husband, Sam, started Malouf™ in 2003 and ran it together for seven years before hiring their first employee. In 2016, to formalize the company’s charitable efforts, the couple founded the Malouf Foundation™ to confront child sexual exploitation, specifically sex trafficking and online abuse. Kacie works with the board to find creative ways to educate the public (like the OnWatch™ training), bring awareness to the cause, and create long-term shifts in perception and action. In 2020, Kacie joined the executive team at Downeast (a company Malouf™ acquired) and works exclusively on the apparel line to support Downeast’s commitment to high-quality women’s clothing. Kacie is also a partner at Tamarak Capital, sits on the USU Board of Trustees, and was named one of the 30 Women to Watch in 2020 by Utah Business Magazine. Kacie and Sam have five talented and busy children. As a family, they love to travel and explore new places and cultures.
