Biography

Mr. James Mahoney, Jim has been an Executive Vice President of Operations Excellence & Compliance for Koch Industries, Inc. since December 2007. Mr. Mahoney joined Koch Industries, Inc. since 1988 in Corpus Christi, Texas and served as its Vice President of operations of Flint Hills Resources. He served as Vice President of Operations of Koch Industries, Inc. since January 3, 2006. He served as Vice President of Koch Chemical Co. and also served as an Executive Vice President of operations of Flint Hills Resources and Koch Petroleum Group Inc. He served as Chairman of National Petrochemical & Refiners Association and served as its Vice Chairman. He has been Director of Koch Industries, Inc. since December 2007. He served as a Director of National Petrochemical & Refiners Association and several Koch companies including Invista, Georgia-Pacific Equity Holdings, Flint Hills Resources, and Koch Chemical Technology Group. He also serves as Vice President and Member of Executive Committee at National Petrochemical & Refiners Association.
