Biography

Matthew is a character-driven biomedical professional with over fifteen years of experience leading high-performing teams, including seven years in supply chain and logistics. As a cadet in the US Army ROTC, Matthew received his MBA from Utah State University, John M. Huntsman School of Business, and shortly thereafter commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army. After successfully completing the Basic Infantry Officer’s Course at Fort Benning Georgia, Matthew went on to earn the distinguished Ranger Tab and subsequently deployed to Afghanistan as a combat platoon leader in the 3rd Infantry Division. Following his honorable service in the Army, Matthew continued to pursue his passion for leadership and supply chain management at BioFire Diagnostics, where he built an inventory control and analytics department and internal inventory accuracy of 99+%.
