Biography

Karli is a proud SLC, Utah native. She graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with the goal to use her education to pursue a career helping others. After a few years working in a variety of substance abuse & mental health treatment programs for young adults, Karli took a step into the business world, accepting an offer to work in the Management Training Program for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

In the last 5 years, Karli found she was able to use her passion for mentoring and developing others to find success managing several branches throughout Utah. After managing multiple home city branches, Karli was promoted to running the largest branch in Utah. After successfully integrating and managing the National and Alamo Brands at the Salt Lake City Airport, Karli was promoted to her current position of Group Talent Development Specialist. In her current role, Karli is a leader within the company, responsible for developing the training and development programs for over 1,000 employees here in Utah and Idaho.

Karli is currently "living the dream" in her role as the Group Talent Development Specialist for Enterprise Holdings in Utah & Southern Idaho and loves being a part of the growth and mentoring of all of the amazing employees working here. 

Outside of work, Karli loves adventuring outdoors, traveling with her husband to "see all the palm trees" and being home with their dog.
