In his current position with VISA, Jeff is VP, Head of Authorize.Net and Global Customer Success for the CyberSource digital business unit.  

His business division of Visa enables eCommerce and in-store point of sale solutions so merchants can accept and manage payments, mitigate fraud and secure their payment data for some of the world’s biggest companies. Jeff's teams are responsible for both small business merchants as well as top customers and banking partners to drive growth and long-term success for their businesses and Visa's.

In the past 15 years, he has held senior executive positions such as President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Services Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Senior VP of Sales for Private Equity backed and publicly traded companies such as Novell, Baan, TSG, UK2Group and Visa.

Jeff has spent 25+ years managing teams and companies while selling solutions to businesses, governments, and consumers. He has produced exceptional performance from his employees by working hard, smart and making work enjoyable while giving his teams the skills and tools to succeed.

Jeff is a strong believer in community and is currently serving or has served as a Board Trustee for a not-for-profit healthcare system, National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame and the USU Alumni Association.  Before his business career, Jeff completed his BA degree in Finance and Business Administration from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. While at USU, Jeff was the recipient of the Joe E. Whitesides Award, Robins Award - Man of the Year, and 2x PCAA/Big West Scholar Athlete of the Year.  Jeff was also an all-conference football player for the Aggies and was a team captain.
