Derek Hastings has lived, studied, or worked in 9 different countries on assignments ranging 3-24 months. He has a proven track record of building strong diverse teams that create a positive workplace culture and drive a sustainable competitive advantage. He is experienced in both leading and collaborating on large-scale project/change management efforts in a matrix environment that impacts a company's top and bottom lines. Most importantly this ‘Proud Dad’ of 3 girls, can be found at the soccer fields and park on the weekend.
