Biography

As Chief Revenue Officer, Paul Grant leads all revenue growth activities at MarketStar, including the day-to-day and strategic direction of business development, corporate marketing, and large strategic accounts.

An experienced enterprise leader, Paul is also a member of the Executive Committee at MarketStar and has been leading the clarification and expansion of the company’s international strategy. In collaboration with his executive committee peers, Paul helps determine the ongoing company strategy for MarketStar. He is also the executive sponsor of the MarketStar Cares committee, a group dedicated to supporting giving back to the communities in which we live, work and play. He relishes an environment of teamwork, success, finding balance in life and lives for great experiences in the outdoors.

Prior to joining Marketstar in late 2016, Paul held the role of Executive Vice President with the global firm, Teleperformance, where he worked for 14 years and held various leadership and executive roles. He was responsible for client services, operations and business development for a very large global business unit that employed ~5000 employees. During his tenure, Paul opened, acquired and expanded sales and service centers in the U.S., LATAM and APAC regions and was a driving force behind many major global client accounts. Paul previously worked for MarketStar early in his career, leading a direct inside sales team while attending Weber State University where he focused on Business Administration/Marketing and Japanese.

Paul is a native of Utah and lives in Northern Utah with his wife Tayna, and three children ages 15 to 11. When not chasing his children around and pursuing their interests and hobbies, Paul and his wife can be found in the outdoors somewhere in Utah enjoying the vast recreational opportunities. Paul enjoys traveling, camping, skiing, music, fly fishing, hunting, backpacking, and hiking.
