Biography

Ryan Fleischer was born and raised just south of Denver, Colorado. He went on to the University of Colorado Boulder where he received his BA in biochemistry. He loved his time at CU and tried to get involved in many ways. He was a team lead for Student Ambassadors, a teaching assistant for general chemistry 1 and 2, and a research assistant in an atmospheric chemistry lab.

As he left CU, he realized that he didn't want to continue working in a lab. But still, he wanted to apply the problem-solving and critical thinking skills that he had learned as a biochemistry major. He had a conversation with a recruiter at a STEM career fair from Qualtrics and started to become interested. The more he looked into the company and talked to the people that worked there, the more he fell in love. He started just about 4 months ago and has loved it, despite having worked remotely the entire time so far. The company is filled with employees who are willing to go out of their way to help you out and be sure that you have the necessary tools to succeed. He said, “Looking back the past 4 months have flown by and I can't wait for what my future at Qualtrics has in store for me.”

Just a little bit more about him: he loves spending time in the outdoors, specifically mountain biking and snowboarding. He also loves to jump on his motorcycle and ride through the beautiful Utah canyons. When he’s not doing one of those activities, you can find him making highly mediocre food in the kitchen (but getting better!) or reading the Harry Potter books.
