Biography

Heather Fawson is the Director of Sales for Southern California at Research Now SSI (previously Survey Sampling International). Since Heather joined Research Now SSI 5 years ago as sales support, she has embraced 3 different roles and navigated through two company acquisitions and one merger. Now, as Director of Sales, she leads a team of eight sales professionals supporting Research Now SSI’s largest Market Research territory in North America. She attributes her successes thus far to an uncompromising customer focus, solutions-oriented thinking, patience and persistence through organizational change, and hard work.

Heather graduated with the first year of Huntsman Scholars from Utah State University with a double major in International Business and Economics and now lives in Los Angeles with her husband (Scott) and dog (Ira).
