Biography
Brent was born and raised in Eastern Idaho, where his first job was moving sprinkler pipes on his father's potato farm. He came to USU and immediately fell in love with the business school and Aggie basketball. He graduated with degrees in marketing and finance in 2005, and worked to manage a cell phone store during school.
After that, he moved to Salt Lake City and started his first technology sales job with Novell. An MBA from BYU followed - don't worry, he did not become a Cougar fan - and that degree helped him get a job working for IBM in Arkansas and Missouri, after a short HP stint in Palo Alto, California. From there, Brent has moved on to manage a field sales team at Oracle. 2 years ago landed his favorite job - working at Google as part of Google Cloud on a rapidly growing, diverse, and dynamic team.
