Biography

Steven J. Egli joined Raymond James in 2017 as a managing director in the Financial Services Investment Banking group. Prior to Raymond James, Mr. Egli worked for Sandler O’Neill & Partners, L.P. and was primarily focused on advising community banks and other financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital offerings, and other strategic planning matters. Prior to that, Mr. Egli was a Research Associate at the Office the Comptroller of the Currency where he helped formulate and review banking regulatory policy and its economic implications. Mr. Egli received his Bachelor of Arts degree in finance and economics from Utah State University in 1999 and a Masters of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley in 2004.
