Biography

Mike Cordova is passionate about customer service. Over his 15 year career he has lead accounting, finance, procurement, technology, and administration. In each role he has made a marked improvement on the end customer experience by thoughtful and creative execution of all parts of the value chain. This has included developing and managing continuous improvement for all aspects of the business that finance influences across all internal and external partners.

Mike has built accounting and finance teams from the ground up, developing and optimizing processes and procedures that allow teams to grow and improve skill sets and increase the value add to the overall organization. This is done with a key focus of developing the next leaders through key training and mentor-ship programs.
