Biography
Tom Colligan graduated from Utah State as the Valedictorian for the School of Business in 2007 before earning a MAcc from USU in 2008. He started his career at Tanner LLC in Salt Lake City, where he became an audit manager. Tom left public accounting to be the Financial Reporting Manager for AgReserves, a world-class agricultural company. Early in his career, Tom felt strongly about giving back to the School of Business as so much of his education was made possible through generous scholarship donors. In 2014, he and his wife created the Tom and Stephanie Colligan Scholarship.
For the last 5 years, Tom has been the Corporate Controller at Venafi, the market leader in machine identity management, and has taken part in multiple equity raises and a $1.15 billion transaction. He has served in many leadership positions, including as an officer in Beta Alpha Psi to most recently being on the UACPA Board of Directors. Tom and Stephanie have five children, who are all proud to be Junior Aggies. They enjoy traveling and attending Aggie football games.
