Biography

Information Technology Leader with more than 25 years of broad-based CIO experience creating innovative business process improvements utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and architectures. His IT department’s morale was consistently the highest within the company and turnover was amongst the lowest. In 2004 the CIO 100 Award was received for demonstrated IT Agility and in 2005 the Stevie Finalist Award was received for the “Best MIS and Systems Organization”. At IBM he was awarded the President’s Award for “Outstanding People Management”.

A proven record of pioneering and leading Fortune 500 and start-up organizations through computer systems and business architecture transitions that simplify and streamline business processes. Areas of expertise include:

A unique combination of experience with systems technology and people leadership, coupled with high-energy delivery skills, has led to informative and satisfying presentations.

Developed and conducts state-of-the-art leadership training for IT organizations called HTML (Human Technology Managerial Leadership) which includes coaching and mentoring. Trained over 200 business professionals in the last 4 years.
