Biography

Boyd Baugh founded Pivot Interiors in 1973. Pivot Interiors is considered one of the industry's leading office furniture dealers. They were recognized as the largest Herman Miller dealer in the country. They have three offices located in the San Francisco, Pleasanton and San Jose, California, areas. Clients include most of the Silicon Valley success stories, including Apple, eBay, Gap, Oracle, Roche and Safeway. Clients range from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in every industry including healthcare, government, biotech and education. The company provides services in facilities management and space planning through furniture selection, design, project scheduling, move management and warehousing. They have recently begun offering asset and inventory management. Mr. Baugh’s son, Ken, currently runs Pivot Interiors. Mr. Baugh is a past president of Office Furniture Dealers Alliance and served on its Board of Governors. He served on the Board of Directors for Independent Office Products Association, Employers Group of California and Office Furniture Dealer Association. He is also a past president of the USU Alumni chapter in the Bay Area.

Mr. Baugh and his wife, Donna, are both Aggies. He received his bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in economics in 1957. Mrs. Baugh received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education in 1968. They reside in Los Altos Hills, California.
