Biography

Brian worked at Ernst and Young in Salt Lake City for about 8 years after graduating from USU. It was an awesome place to start a career working on many public and private companies. Specialized in technology, SaaS, real estate and insurance companies. Spent significant time working through complex debt/equity transactions, revenue recognition issues, stock compensation and company valuations, income tax and many other accounting issues.

After EY, Brian joined Workfront (formerly AtTask) and is now the Director of Financial Reporting, Technical Accounting, and Internal Controls.
