Biography

Doug Fiefia graduated from the Huntsman School of Business in 2015 with degrees in Marketing and Business Administration. During Doug’s time at Utah State, Doug served in leadership positions with the Business Council, A-Team, Student Alumni Association, Psi Sigma Phi Fraternity, and served two terms as the USUSA Student Body President (2013-2015). During the same years as Student Body President, Doug was selected by his peer student body presidents to serve as the Utah Student Association President, representing all 180,000 higher education students in the state of Utah.

After graduating, Doug worked at a software tech company, Workday, where he started as a sales development representative and later as a sales manager and in sales operations. After 3 years with the company, Doug decided to go back to school where he would earn his MBA from Rice University’s Jones School of Business. During the two-year full-time program Doug served as the MBA program’s President and would receive an offer to an MBA internship with Google. After Doug’s graduation, he started working with Google full-time as a sales manager in Google Ads. Outside of work, Doug spends the majority of his time with family. Doug met his wife Jocelyn at Utah State and they have 3 beautiful girls and a boy on the way.
