Deli Nation is an online magazine dedicated to providing information on all things delicatessen. As a combination scholarly/public press magazine, readers will be treated to historical articles, restaurant reviews, top ten lists, interviews, feature articles on current trends, and recipes. Information is updated on a regular basis so readers will be assured on having up-to-date information on the current trends in this industry. Administered through The Research Group^TM, Deli Nation is student run with advisory support from faculty mentors in marketing and information systems.
