Annual Employer Satisfaction Survey

The SOA now conducts an annual survey (in the fall) of employers.  Several years have been devoted to perfecting the survey instrument.  In 2010, a new base-line set of questions was established.  The following table includes a summary of responses, followed by detailed survey results.  Summary results of surveys from prior years are listed lower on this web page.

Prior Survey Instrument Results

Employers were surveyed in five-year intervals using an instrument that was closely related to a subset of the student satisfaction survey in that it asks employers to rate USU educated employees according to their performance in knowledge, skills, and professional attribute areas.
